What is a requester?

Requesters buy. Requesters are looking to purchase and/or upgrade their seat.

What is an “exchange“?

Exchange is when you switch a ticket for another ticket in return. There is a ticket on both sides of the transaction regardless if there is money involved.

When a ticket has an exchange logo on the top right corner, it means the provider is looking for a ticket in return regardless of additional consideration.

How do I know I’m meeting the right person?

Users will receive a picture of whom they are meeting. In addition, both parties will be receiving the same transaction number.
